Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from our website for any reason within 5 days of receipt of the item. 

  1. The product should be unused and in original condition
  2. The tags have to be intact 
  3. The brand box has to be  retained for sending the product back to us 

We only offer a one-time exchange policy

We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 – 5 business days from the date the request was placed. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be re-imbursed by us.The package should be addressed to our warehouse location: #7/4,16th Main,3rd Cross, Balaji Layout Padmanabhanagar – 560070

The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

You will receive email(s) on your registred email ID from our shipping partner as well as from shop@verveecouture.com

Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered. – So, the estimated time would be 10 to 20 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer support team at shop@verveecouture.com  or  08049928022

We generally do not cancel orders but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we may have to cancel an order. Our support team will keep you posted if your order has been cancelled.

For prepaid orders refund will be processed within 2-5 business days after the order is cancelled. The refund will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
